What you’ll learn

  • To deliver knowledge and skills for each participant about “What is Food Safety Culture” and the impact in personal, work and organizational area.
  • Give the essential points that make up the Food Safety Culture and provide schemes to develop skills in each strategic point that make up the Model of Excellence in Food Safety Culture: Proactivity, Purpose, Processes and Personnel
  • Identify the safety culture under the cost-benefit scheme, under a SWOT scheme (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) learning to take advantage of the competitive and opportunities of your organization, recognize weaknesses and know how to react to threats in your environment .
  • Provide knowledge about how to create an effective plan with an impact on the Food Safety Culture in your work area, according to your environment and resources, and to have progress and effectiveness indicators.
  • Each participant will know and identify the strengths and key points that determine the impact of the Food Safety Culture in their work, in their area and their organization. Exercises and guides are included.
